As you know I was very upset when the orange juice spilled on my beige carpet. I was absolutely thrilled with Fiberseal's service, the technician came within a half an hour of my phone call to you and worked on the stain and nobody would ever know I had the accident. My carpet looks like new!! Two friends were here visiting at the time and needless to remark I had no hesitation in recommending Fiberseal's amazing carpet cleaning service. I do hope that sometime in the future they will use Fiberseal. Again, my sincere thanks for your prompt help and very courtesy attention to my phone call.

I was delighted with your services. The technician who carried out the work was courteous, efficient and explained all the procedures he was about to do before proceeding with the work. The end result was amazing. The tea stain was not visible and the 2 chairs with fabric seats were like new. Before leaving he explained when and how to use the cleaning kit products that he left with us.
